The general rule for fragrance making, using essential oils with any liquid, is 2.5% dilution. The perfume alcohol is scent-free until adding fragrance to it. Some users have mixed it with essential oils and let it sit for a few days to develop, while others use this as a great base for making custom perfumes. Sweet almond oil is stickier and can only be used as a skin oil, whereas this alcohol is versatile. Overall, it is a good product to make one's perfume.
