Therefore the pads, knees, and elbows pads will help absorb impact and provide an extra coverage from fall. Both the elbow and knee pads come with adjustable adhesive straps which appear thick and wide on the top and bottom, so you can slide them on and then use the straps for a more secure fit. In addition to the very sturdy straps, this set has a stretchy spandex material behind all the pads that holds them in place.
