The YoLink Smart Thermostat is a sleek and modern addition to any smart home setup. The Android & iOS app provides convenient control and monitoring from anywhere and the installation was straightforward. The fact that it's now heat pump compatible ensures optimal heating and cooling efficiency. However, the thermostat requires a YoLink Hub or SpeakerHub for proper functionality. The YoLink App interface is easy to use, and the tech support at YoLink is excellent. Unfortunately, it doesn't support a Carrier infinity heating system and cannot switch the ambient temperature to be read from a YoLink thermometer located in another room. The thermostat requires a 24V Common (C) wire to power it and must be installed correctly. Overall, the YoLink Smart Thermostat offers modern features and reliable performance.
