The Fluance RT83 turntable is a high-quality piece that provides excellent sound quality, even for its price. The setup is easy, and the tonearm calibration is idiot-proof and accurate. The Ortofon 2M red is a professional-grade cartridge and produces amazing sound quality. The auto-stop feature is also convenient. The turntable comes with a white glove that is a nice touch for handling your vinyl records carefully. The fluance company seems to provide more quality and technical features for less money. However, the turntable is not perfect, and some customers have reported missing bass frequency from previous turntables, hard to set up, and hum while playing records not being enjoyable. The tonearm is not the best, and the cover is "fixed" with cheap-quality stuff. The power cord is a cheap Chinese product that may generate feedback noise. You may also need to clean your records frequently to prevent noise production.
