svar: Mine didn’t work either, I charged it but it wouldn’t warm up. I contacted them and explained and they sent me a new one which worked straight away. I hope this helps you. -

Hi, i charged mine for 8 hours. next day i switched it on and the red light was flashing, then it turned off. has anyone else had this problem?
svar: When it first arrived mine worked immediately but the next day the red light came on but it didn't heat up. I returned it.
