The stretchy part holds up pretty well though most people seem to use the flip top more than the slot. The pouch has two flaps that can be reversed for better access from one side over the other. Customers appreciate the quality of the product and the convenience it offers. Though some complained about difficulty in keeping the Velcro latched while the pouch was full or that it is not suitable for any belt unless hanging freely.
