Rick’s Picks Vegetable Trio includes Mean Beans, Smokra, and Phat Beets. They are fat-free, gluten-free, and low-carb, and do not contain any artificial flavors, additives, or preservatives. The products are pasteurized and almost all are Kosher certified. The ingredients list for the beets includes beets, cider vinegar, water, onion, lemon juice, brown sugar, ginger, rosemary, allspice, cinnamon sticks, and cloves. The pickles are hand-packed and made in season with vegetables from local farmers. The shelf life appears to be until 2023. Salt content ranges from less than 140 mg per serving to 65 mg per 2 pickles.
