The Torklift A7200 Stable Load is a set of four pads designed to go between the upper overload and the overload pad to load the overload spring when the bed of the truck is heavily loaded. A reviewer who installed these on a ‘17 f450 Platinum to help with minor sway when 4200 lb Truck Camper was loaded was amazed at how much smoother the truck road with the camper on the truck, much better than their fifth wheel that had a 3,800 - 4,000 lb pin weight. They also mentioned that while the install stopped a minor 2-3x rocking with the camper on, it also seemed to have a noticeably rougher ride when the camper was off of the truck. However, another reviewer added these to try and level their truck when pulling the camper and reported that their truck sagged the same amount as without the blocks, and it also seemed to have a noticeably rougher ride, so they ended up installing airbags and putting the factory bumps back in. They also mentioned that the rubber pad is in Constant contact with the over-ride spring and that the Constant movement of the leaf springs rubbing on the rubber sounded like a family of rats were being tortured. Most reviewers found these pads easy to install and very effective in engaging the overload springs early and stabilizing the load while greatly reducing sway while cornering. They also mentioned that the rubber is thick enough that they could adjust when the overloads kicked in through removing material, ensuring the ride was level while fully loaded with the camper. These are pure genius, according to one reviewer, and work very well.
