However, some customers have reported dissatisfaction with the quality and design of the product. The legs don't stay in place, which means that the shelves come apart easily, even without heavy items on them. Some customers have reported that the parts don't fit together and the legs don't lock into the shelf. One customer has reported that the unit is not as wide as advertised. On the positive side, several customers have used these shelves successfully in their freezer, as they add extra shelves/dividers and maximise space.
