The video and voice response is much faster than its predecessor, making it a great device for streaming services. However, the device doesn't have a Gigabit Ethernet port, which may cause issues for some users. The cube supports Plex client but requires Plex to create specific server software to be able to use it as a server. It's also important to note that the remote control works via Bluetooth and doesn't need to be pointed directly at the cube to work. There were some issues with initial loss of focus, loss of sync between video and audio, and difficulty pairing with the Nakamichi sound bar experienced by some customers. The device is generally easy to set up, though some reviewers found it a bit confusing to use. Overall, the device is fast, smooth, and offers great picture quality.
