svar: They make an open-eye Big River hook, but it is not off-set. You would have to put a bend in it yourself if that is what you wish, otherwise, yes, they make them in a siwash hook open-eye model, as well as a closed eye hook that IS off-set. -

svar: The eye on the bait hook is closed all the way. The eye of the open eye bait hook is left slightly open so it can be put on a spinner such as a rooster tail and crimped shut instead of needing a split ring. -
