Customers have reported inConsistent and unreliable readings due to moisture penetrating the meter's compartment, which appears to be a design flaw. Some users have had difficulty getting Consistent baseline readings, which requires an attempt to decipher vague instructions. Others reported inConsistent readings even after receiving replacements. The product's probe must be purchased separately to measure ORP, although it is capable of measuring pH too.
