The Aquatic Life Twist-In Dual Deionization Filtration Unit is a valuable investment for aquarium owners. It comes with two DI cartridges, and it uses standard ¼” RO tubing, so it can be added to any RO system. The unit can be laid flat, and it is pressure-sensitive and not positional. The carbon and sediment filters should be changed every 1500 gallons, and the membrane should be changed every 1-2 years. The membrane cartridge has a place to write the replacement date for future reference.
