SE Riffler File Set is a 10-piece set of precision hand tools that are double-ended metal files. They have a medium cut and can be used for metal, wood, and plastic. One customer asked if they could be used to clean out checkering on a gunstock, and the response was that it was not advised. The files get down to approximately 1/16 inch. For the flatter and triangular files, most of the inside/undersides/concave parts are smooth. The rounded files are textured all the way around. Another customer asked if they could be used for soapstone carving and the response was yes. There were mixed reviews on this product. One customer found them to be completely useless and disappointing, while another found them not coarse enough. There was also a complaint about lead/toxic chemical warnings on the back of the package.
