This pot is perfect for making small loaves of sourdough bread and stews that serve two people. The pot is made in China, and its dimensions are nine and three-quarters of an inch diameter from the very outside of the handle, and a height of three and one-half inches of the handles from the surface of the pot. It is suggested to use a stainless steel scrubber or a brush to clean the pot with water only, and oil only after it cools. It is not recommended to use soap. The pot is also heavy, which makes it perfect for retaining heat to cook.
