This dual structure offers a rich reading experience, as it contrasts philosophical musings with real-life interactions, providing depth to the Underground Man’s character.

Why is 'Notes from Underground' considered a significant work in literature?

The prose can evoke a range of emotions, making the reader feel both connected to and challenged by the Underground Man's thoughts and dilemmas.

Is 'Notes from Underground' suitable for modern readers?
