    svar: The middle tube is two pieces and the ends twist into the curve pictured - so it's few twists and it comes right off. I've had to remove mine a few times because I couldn't decide which curtains to hang and it was not an issue to take them up and down several times while I decided!

    svar: Possibly, though it really depends on how heavy the plants in-total could get. It comes with (2) mid-supporting brackets, so I imagine if you were to have it on the SHORTEST extension, utilizing all possible anchor points (total of 8 between all mounting options), then I'd feel safe to have upwards of 20lbs distributed across it, keeping in-mind each plant will have its own acute hanging point (i.e. pressure vs. fully distributed weight).

    svar: Yes, there are 3 poles. I only needed to use 2 of them and only one center bracket.
